How to refer a client, family member, or loved one

Your client’s choice to enter into one of our programs at Fairwinds is both brave and monumental. This is where he or she will find hope to live a happy, meaningful life, learn the tools to begin the journey of long term recovery, and reclaim their life. Fairwinds has been helping people heal for 28 years. We are committed to providing individualized care. Our model addresses each client’s needs and a treatment plan is tailored to meet his or her individual goals. Our program is delivered in a intimate, boutique environment with a 3/1 staff ratio and a facility with only 29 beds. This allows us to maximize the attention and care we give our clients and create a comfortable, safe environment that promotes engagement, connectedness, and community.

We will walk your client or family through the entire process. Fairwinds is in network with most major insurance companies, we will verify benefits with no obligation. After the initial conversation, an admissions counselor or therapist will complete an assessment to help determine the appropriate program and level of care. If a release of information is obtained, we will contact you within 24 hours of arrival. You will also receive progress updates on a weekly basis to maintain continuity of care.
