Assessment: Helping You Make a Plan Towards Recovery

Patient Assessment

At Fairwinds Treatment Center, we understand how difficult it can be to take the first step toward seeking eating disorder treatment and/or alcohol and drug treatment. However, the issues facing you and your family today will only become more severe and destructive if they aren’t dealt with promptly and professionally. Whether it’s an eating disorder such as anorexia, an addiction to alcohol or drugs or even a combination of challenges, delaying treatment will lead to increased physical, emotional and financial pressures for you and your loved ones, and fuel an already stressful situation.

Our goal is to accommodate and educate you and your family on every treatment option available for improving your quality of life. Please allow our professional staff to review your issues and assist you in making an educated plan of action that will meet both your emotional and financial needs
